We provide fast relief for your legal process needs to service In Northern, California.
The papers Carl serves
Process serving is the other half of the work Made Man Protection does, and it is held to the same standard as the security detail: be on time, be exact, and leave a record. The tagline on Carl's own page says it plainly. Fast relief for your legal process needs, in Northern California.
The list of what he serves is the owner's own: Small Claims. Court Filing. Summons and Complaints. Family Court, which covers Dissolution, Divorce, Custody and Support. Restraining and Emergency Orders. Writs and Wage Garnishments. Record Subpoenas and Personal Subpoenas. Bank Levies. Unlawful Detainers.
If the paper you hold is not named there, call and ask.

How service works, attempt by attempt
Basic service includes three attempts, made at the locations and times you direct. You supply the party data: who is being served, where they can be found and when they are likely to be there. The better that information, the fewer attempts it takes.
Carl phones you after each attempt, so you hear what happened while it is still useful rather than at the end. When service is complete he mails the proof of service to you and to the court. Personal delivery is available too.
Extra papers for the same person, at the same time and place, are priced separately on the fee sheet below. Writs, levies and wage garnishments are their own line, and so is a stakeout when one is required and you have authorized it.
How long it takes
Regular service runs 3 to 4 days. Same day and rush service runs 1 to 2 days. Which one you need depends on your court date, so say what that date is when you call.
Priority is a middle gear: the first attempt is made within 48 hours, then at least every 2 days after that. Rush is priced per service and per document, and it is on the fee sheet with the rest.
