Termite tenting · overnight watch
Residential fumigation protection
When a house is tented for termites it stands empty for nights. Carl and his team watch it overnight, residential and commercial, across Solano County and the Bay Area.
A tented house stands empty, and the street can see it
When a house is tented for termites, the family is out and the house sits under a tarp for nights while the fumigation and aeration run. Nobody is home, and anybody walking past can see that nobody is home.
That gap is why the extermination company recommended private security in Cheryl A.'s case: someone to watch the house overnight while it was being aerated. She booked Carl, and the gap was covered.

How the overnight watch works
The service is surveillance and protection overnight, and it is booked like any other post: a phone call, the details of the job, an invoice with the terms. Robert P. wrote that Carl was extremely responsive and “immediately sent an invoice with the terms,” and that on the day “his partner Ferris showed up right on time, was very professional, we discussed the logistics, and everything went well.”
Cheryl A. put the rest plainly. After reading reviews on Yelp she contacted a few private security agencies and found Carl by far the most responsive. “He made the whole experience very simple and straightforward, arrived on-time and proactively communicated status.” Both are quotes from the testimonials page on the owner's own site.
The same night-time discipline on other jobs
Wyatt R. brought Carl along for an exterior housing inspection at night, in a part of town that is not the safest area. “Carl was a complete professional and helped myself and the inspector keep peace of mind.” That is the same skill a tented house needs: watching an exterior at night and keeping people calm.
The August 2025 flyer for this service carries the line “5-star ratings on Yelp & Google,” and Google shows 5.0 from 10 reviews. Made Man Protection has been licensed and insured since February 2001.
Where it's offered, and when to book
The flyer asks “Got termites? Fumigation residential & commercial protection?” and the answer covers Solano County and the Bay Area. Carl does travel, and he recommends two weeks' notice when a job is farther afield.
Book once your fumigation date is set. The first conversation is a free 15-minute consultation at 510.677.8011, and the price is worked out from the job: security rates depend on the occupancy, the length of time and how many officers it needs. Payment is by Zelle, Cash App or Venmo.
