Most of the risk around a public person is packed into a few minutes: the car door, the walk from the curb to the entrance, the rope line, the handshake that runs long. Carl has been assigned protection details for Congressman John Garamendi, California State Treasurer Fiona Ma (running for Lieutenant Governor in 2026), Assemblywoman Lori Wilson, Assembly Majority Leader Cecilia Aguiar-Curry, and Solano County Supervisors Cassandra James and Wanda Williams.
